Let me be honest, I actually don’t buy them for 30 cents - I’m ALL IN for 30 cents! Meaning I buy them AND fix them for a TOTAL of 30% of repaired value. So I’m actually buying them for 10% or less. Clever, right?
It’s important for you to understand that when you have this much meat on the bone you can do just about anything you want to make money. Selling becomes easy, renting becomes easy, seller financing becomes easy. You don’t need an 18 point checklist for social media to sell something when you’re into it dirt
cheap.
You also don’t have to BEG private money lenders to fund your deals that are dirt cheap. It’s a no-brainer for them so they become easy too. I’m all about fun Real Estate, not stressed-out Real Estate, hoping I’m not in too much to make a profit.
Whether I’m letting highly secured liens redeem to pay me ridiculous interest or buying a tax property to sell or hold in my portfolio, I like knowing I could fall out of bed and make profit.
Is it making sense that investing is easier and more fun when you get the right deals? The key, of course, is
knowing where to find them, how to evaluate them, and not have competition crawling all over you.
Get on the train that’s actually going to take you from where you are to a life of wealth and freedom that allows YOU to control your own schedule, doing the things that you want to do. You want a life that lets
