I almost hesitate to tell you about this now because it is filling up so fast, but here goes.
There is a new opportunity that has opened up,for becoming a multifamily investor and here’s why now’s the
time.
There are 600,000 apartment buildings in the US and most investors in real estate focus on houses.
There is a lot of competition in the large complexes that are “Class A” but not so much in the smaller ones, 50 to 150 units.
There are still very low prices left over from the Crash a few years ago. And rents are rising pretty rapidly.
To top it off, there is non-recourse financing at 4%, for up to 35 years with 15% down.
And ways to make a lot of clams today with no investment whatever.
