If you have ever attended the
Boston REIA, then you know him!
He’s the guy who has led the event since the beginning, the Master of Ceremonies, the In-House Counsel, the stand-up comedian, the living version of Don Rickles.
That’s right, Charles Dobens, The Multifamily Attorney. And he is stepping down this December from his position as Grand PooBah!
But we have got
him to agree to speak one last time before he starts his national multifamily training program on December 5th (and I know I can get him to give a special invite to his Saturday event at Babson College for those in attendance that night).
So, if you would like to join us, raise a glass and send Charles off with a bang, then join us on December 5 at 6:30 for 7:00 PM at the Dedham Hilton in Dedham, MA.
RSVP HERE
He is going to give us a sample of what he will be teaching on Saturday for his How to Own 1,000 Apartments in
Five Years live seminar that evening.
If you have ever come to the Multifamily Meeting Before the Meeting, then you know what to expect – straight-talking, shoot-from-the-hip, no-holds-barred teaching that will make you walk
away knowing that you can do it!
So if you would like to laugh and learn, then join us at the Dedham Hilton.
Let’s send him off in style!!

PS. Charlie just spoke at the Southern Connecticut REIA and here is what people had to say –
I thought the event
was excellent and I took away more than I expected I would. Top notch! Charles has a very good approach to teaching that is insightful, humorous and makes the content much more interesting. He relates personal stories along with the material to cement the learning experience. Probably the most interesting and humorous lawyer I have ever heard speak. All in all, an excellent experience!

The Saturday event was great! I really enjoyed it and learned a great deal. I can't wait to get into the world of multifamily real estate investing.
