Financing Your Real Estate Investment

Finding your investment property may be the easiest part of the transaction. Financing it can be daunting had complicated.

Mike Krone will walk you through the options available and discuss how they apply to your strategy for owning the property. Hard money, conventional, FHA and Commercial Bank financing will all be discussed and the intricacies and requirements explained. We will also discuss holding strategies including lease options. Even if you financed property in the past you won’t want to miss this session.

Mike is Executive Vice President at Universal Capital, a New England based Private Lender. Until recently Mike had overseen the management and operation of title and escrow services for a national provider with of over $6.5 billion in annual closing transactions. Mike has served under corporate structure as Vice President, Special Counsel and Massachusetts State Manager for a Fortune 400 title insurance company.  He is a seasoned attorney in real estate, contract, mortgage, and business law. He has also spent over 30 years working with buyers, sellers, and lenders in residential and commercial transactions.

Mike is a graduate of Boston University and New England Law School. He holds an active Massachusetts Real Estate broker’s license and is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.

Mike presents to thousands of real estate agents, investors and mortgage professionals annually in a variety of Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and Connecticut sanctioned real estate sales continuing education classes. Mike is a seasoned communicator both as a former trial attorney and as a senior lecturer for 18 years at Northeastern University. He is a sought-after speaker on real estate law and practice, the mortgage industry, cybercrime, broker and agent relationships and marketing to thousands of Realtors, Lawyers, investors, and Lenders.
