Barry Crimmins Real Estate services include representing Buyers and Sellers of residential and commercial properties, including the preparation and review of Purchase and Sale Agreements and closing documents. We also represent both Landlords and Tenants in lease negotiations and lease drafting, as well as the resolution of Landlord-Tenant disputes.
Barry's Land Use Permitting services include representing clients before various municipal boards and agencies throughout Southeastern Massachusetts, including Planning Boards, Zoning Boards of Appeals, Conservation Commissions and Boards of Selectmen in order to obtain various permits and approvals for our clients. Our clients have ranged from individual homeowners and small business owners to large national retailers, such as Target, Boston Interiors, and Cumberland Farms. We have also
successfully represented clients in appeals of such permits in both the Superior Court as well as the Massachusetts Land Court.
